SETTLEMENT RESTORATION APPARATUS OF CONCRETE TRACK
Disclosed is a settlement restoration device for a concrete track capable of restoring a settled concrete track by lifting the concrete track to the roadbed. The present invention is to restore the settlement of a base layer constructed on the roadbed and the concrete track constructed on the base layer. According to the present invention, the settlement restoration device comprises: a plurality of flat jacks to form a space between the roadbed and the base layer by lifting the base layer and the concrete track; a liquid supply device connected to the flat jacks to inject and discharge liquid; a water-level recorder to detect the height of the concrete track; a grouting device to charge the space with grout; and a controller to control the operation of the liquid supply device and the grouting device according to a signal received from the water-level recorder. The present invention can conveniently and accurately restore the height of the concrete track by grouting after lifting the base layer and the concrete track from the roadbed using the flat jacks installed between the roadbed and the base layer and supporting the base layer with a variable pad.
본 발명은 침하되어 있는 콘크리트 궤도를 노반으로부터 들어 올려 복원하기 위한 콘크리트 궤도의 침하 복원 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 노반에 시공되어 있는 기층과, 기층에 시공되어 있는 콘크리트 궤도의 침하를 복원한다. 본 발명의 침하 복원 장치는 기층과 콘크리트 궤도를 리프팅하여 노반과 기층 사이에 공간을 형성하는 복수의 플랫잭들과, 액체의 주입 및 배출을 위하여 플랫잭들 각각에 연결되어 있는 액체 공급 장치와, 콘크리트 궤도의 높이를 검출하는 수위계와, 공간에 그라우트를 주입하여 충전하는 그라우팅 장치와, 수위계로부터 입력되는 신호에 따라 액체 공급 장치와 그라우팅 장치의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 노반과 기층 사이에 플랫잭을 설치하여 기층과 콘크리트 궤도를 노반으로부터 들어 올리고, 가변패드에 의하여 기층을 지지한 후 그라우팅을 실시하는 것에 의하여 콘크리트 궤도의 높이를 간편하고 정확하게 복원할 수 있다.
