SYSTEM FOR INSTALLING THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL
The present invention is to provide a system for attaching a thermal insulation material for a wall in building construction. The system for attaching a thermal insulation material for a wall in building construction comprises: a main body portion (100) on which an installation thermal insulation material (10) is mounted including a plurality of thermal insulation materials coupled to each other corresponding to the size of an attachment target area of a wall on which the thermal insulation material (11) is installed, which is foldable and can be driven; a uniform urethane portion (200) which is installed in the main body portion (100), sprays thermal insulating urethane to the attachment target area of the wall on which the thermal insulation material (11) is installed, and pushes out the urethane sprayed to the attachment target area to have a predetermined thickness by using a squeegee; and a bracket installation portion (300) which is installed in the uniform urethane portion, and forcibly installs a fixing bracket on the wall to prevent a rectangular corner of the installation thermal material closely adhered to the attachment target area from flowing.
본 발명은 건축공사 벽체 단열재 부착 시스템을 제공한다. 상기 건축공사 벽체 단열재 부착 시스템은 접철 가능하며, 주행 가능하고, 단열재(11)가 설치되는 벽체의 부착 대상 영역의 면적에 해당되도록 서로 결합되는 다수의 단열재로 이루어지는 설치용 단열재(10)가 안착되는 본체부(100)와; 상기 본체부(100)에 설치되며, 단열재(11)가 설치되는 벽체의 부착 대상 영역에 단열용 우레탄을 분사하고, 상기 부착 대상 영역에 분사된 우레탄이 일정 두께를 이루도록 스퀴지를 사용하여 밀어 내는 우레탄 균일부(200); 및 상기 우레탄 균일부에 설치되며, 상기 부착 대상 영역에 밀착되는 상기 설치용 단열재의 사각 모서리부의 유동을 방지하도록 상기 벽체에 고정 브라켓을 강제 설치하는 브라켓 설치부(300)를 포함한다.
