PREFABRICATED HANDRAIL
The present invention relates to a prefabricated handrail. According to the present invention, the prefabricated handrail of the present invention comprises: a fixing clamp combined with and fixed to a structure such as a ship block; a post standing on the top of the fixing clamp; at least one fixture installed along the vertical direction of the post and combined as a pair to be mutually symmetrical on both sides of the post; a housing made of a safety bar with an inserting fixture, which is inserted into and fixated to an incision part formed on the fixture, combined with the end. The pair of fixtures comprises: a housing with an inserting part on the top surface; an incision part formed on one side of the housing to be connected to the inserting part; a stopper combined with a certain position on the internal side of the housing to be able to rotate for fixating the inserting fixture inserted into the incision part. The stopper comprises: a rotating unit whose one end is combined with a side of the housing with a hinge through a combining pin to be able to rotate; a pressurizing unit formed to protrude on a side of an extended end of the rotating unit for pressurizing the top surface of the inserting fixture settled in the incision part; a pressing unit formed to protrude on a side of the end of the other side of the rotating unit with the pressurizing unit, wherein a pressing power, which is used for removing the pressure of the pressurizing unit, works; and an elastic spring combined with the combining pin and fixated to one end and the other end extended are combined with the rotating unit and the housing for applying elastic force to the rotating unit.
본 발명은 조립식 난간에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 선박블록과 같은 구조물에 결합 고정되는 고정클램프, 상기 고정클램프의 상부에 세워진 포스트, 상기 포스트의 높이방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 설치되며, 상기 포스트의 양측면에 상호 대칭되게 한 쌍으로 결합되는 고정구 및, 상기 고정구에 형성된 절개부에 삽입 고정되는 삽입구가 단부에 결합된 안전바로 이루어지되, 상기 한 쌍의 고정구는 상부면에 삽입부가 형성된 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 일측면에 상기 삽입부와 연결되게 형성된 절개부와, 상기 하우징의 내측면 소정 위치에 회동가능하게 결합되어 상기 절개부에 삽입된 상기 삽입구를 고정하는 스토퍼로 이루어지고, 상기 스토퍼는 일단이 결합핀을 통한 힌지결합으로 상기 하우징의 측면에 회동가능하게 결합된 회동부와, 상기 회동부의 연장된 단부의 측면에 돌출형성되어 상기 절개부에 안착된 상기 삽입구의 상부면을 가압하는 가압부와, 상기 가압부가 마련된 상기 회동부의 반대쪽 단부의 측면에 돌출형성되어 상기 가압부의 가압력을 제거시에 사용되는 누름력이 작용되는 누름부와, 상기 결합핀에 결합되어 연장된 일단과 타단이 상기 회동부와 상기 하우징의 각각에 고정 결합되어 상기 회동부에 탄성력을 인가하는 탄성스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated handrail. According to the present invention, the prefabricated handrail of the present invention comprises: a fixing clamp combined with and fixed to a structure such as a ship block; a post standing on the top of the fixing clamp; at least one fixture installed along the vertical direction of the post and combined as a pair to be mutually symmetrical on both sides of the post; a housing made of a safety bar with an inserting fixture, which is inserted into and fixated to an incision part formed on the fixture, combined with the end. 본 발명은 조립식 난간에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 선박블록과 같은 구조물에 결합 고정되는 고정클램프, 상기 고정클램프의 상부에 세워진 포스트, 상기 포스트의 높이방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 설치되며, 상기 포스트의 양측면에 상호 대칭되게 한 쌍으로 결합되는 고정구 및, 상기 고정구에 형성된 절개부에 삽입 고정되는 삽입구가 단부에 결합된 안전바로 이루어지되, 상기 한 쌍의 고정구는 상부면에 삽입부가 형성된 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 일측면에 상기 삽입부와 연결되게 형성된 절개부와, 상기 하우징의 내측면 소정 위치에 회동가능하게 결합되어 상기 절개부에 삽입된 상기 삽입구를 고정하는 스토퍼로 이루어지고, 상기 스토퍼는 일단이 결합핀을 통한 힌지결합으로 상기 하우징의 측면에 회동가능하게 결합된 회동부와, 상기 회동부의 연장된 단부의 측면에 돌출형성되어 상기 절개부에 안착된 상기 삽입구의 상부면을 가압하는 가압부와, 상기 가압부가 마련된 상기 회동부의 반대쪽 단부의 측면에 돌출형성되어 상기 가압부의 가압력을 제거시에 사용되는 누름력이 작용되는 누름부와, 상기 결합핀에 결합되어 연장된 일단과 타단이 상기 회동부와 상기 하우징의 각각에 고정 결합되어 상기 회동부에 탄성력을 인가하는 탄성스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
