UNSTRUCTURED EXTERNAL PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET
The present invention relates to an unstructured exterior panel fixing bracket comprising: a fixing body including a fixing combiner having a vertical combination groove vertically in the center of the front and having a bolt combination groove in the center of the rear, a fixing bolt mounted on the bolt combination groove, and a packing combiner fastened to the fixing bolt; a connecting body including a bolt connector having a spiral part in an outer surface and having a spiral combination groove combined with the fixing bolt in a longitudinal direction in the center inside, and a rotator having a bolt connection part combined with the spiral part in a longitudinal direction in the center inside and having a rotation operation part in the end of the rear; a panel fixing body including a front rotation part mounted on the rotation operation part of the rotator to be rotated, a stepped support groove vertically formed in the center of the rear and on which a location fixing nut is mounted in the center, and a location fixing bolt combined with the location fixing nut; and a panel connector including a panel horizontal part having a panel mount groove combined with an exterior panel in both sides of a horizontal panel connection part while the horizontal panel connection part is combined with the panel fixing body through a panel fixing bolt and a panel fixing nut. The present invention has effects of reducing costs and shortening the construction period as an exterior panel is installed by simple assembly while an existing structured exterior panel and an unstructured exterior panel are fixed and mounted, and combining and fixing the exterior panel stably regardless of location of the exterior panel as the panel fixing body, with which a panel connector connected with the exterior panel is combined, is formed to be rotated.
본 발명은 비정형 외장패널 고정 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 전면 중앙에 수직방향으로 수직 결합홈이 형성되고 배면 중앙에는 볼트 결합홈이 형성되는 고정결합구와, 상기 볼트 결합홈에 장착되는 고정볼트와, 상기 고정볼트에 체결되는 패킹 결합구로 구성되는 고정체; 외면에 나선부가 형성되고 내부 중앙에는 길이방향으로 상기 고정볼트와 결합되는 나선 결합홈이 형성되는 볼트 연결구와, 내부 중앙에 길이방향으로 상기 나선부와 결합되는 볼트 연결부가 형성되고 배면 끝단에는 회전작동부가 형성되는 회전구로 구성되는 연결체; 상기 회전구의 회전작동부와 회전가능하게 장착되는 전면 회전부와, 상기 배면 중앙에 수직방향으로 형성되고 중앙에는 위치 고정너트가 장착되는 단턱 지지홈과, 상기 위치 고정너트와 결합되는 위치 고정볼트로 구성되는 패널 고정체; 상기 패널 고정체에 수직 패널 연결부가 패널 고정볼트 및 패널 고정너트를 통해 결합되고 상기 수적 패널 연결부의 양측에는 외장 패널과 결합되는 패널 장착홈이 구비된 패널 수평부가 형성되는 패널 연결구;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따르면, 외장 패널과 연결되는 패널 연결구가 결합되는 패널 고정체를 회전가능하게 구성하여 외장 패널의 위치에 관계없이 안정적으로 결합 및 고정될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 정형화된 외장 패널과 비정형화된 외장 패널을 고정장착하면서도 단순 조립에 의해 외장패널을 설치함으로써 시공기간과 함께 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 비정형 외장패널 고정 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 전면 중앙에 수직방향으로 수직 결합홈이 형성되고 배면 중앙에는 볼트 결합홈이 형성되는 고정결합구와, 상기 볼트 결합홈에 장착되는 고정볼트와, 상기 고정볼트에 체결되는 패킹 결합구로 구성되는 고정체; 외면에 나선부가 형성되고 내부 중앙에는 길이방향으로 상기 고정볼트와 결합되는 나선 결합홈이 형성되는 볼트 연결구와, 내부 중앙에 길이방향으로 상기 나선부와 결합되는 볼트 연결부가 형성되고 배면 끝단에는 회전작동부가 형성되는 회전구로 구성되는 연결체; 상기 회전구의 회전작동부와 회전가능하게 장착되는 전면 회전부와, 상기 배면 중앙에 수직방향으로 형성되고 중앙에는 위치 고정너트가 장착되는 단턱 지지홈과, 상기 위치 고정너트와 결합되는 위치 고정볼트로 구성되는 패널 고정체; 상기 패널 고정체에 수직 패널 연결부가 패널 고정볼트 및 패널 고정너트를 통해 결합되고 상기 수적 패널 연결부의 양측에는 외장 패널과 결합되는 패널 장착홈이 구비된 패널 수평부가 형성되는 패널 연결구;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따르면, 외장 패널과 연결되는 패널 연결구가 결합되는 패널 고정체를 회전가능하게 구성하여 외장 패널의 위치에 관계없이 안정적으로 결합 및 고정될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 정형화된 외장 패널과 비정형화된 외장 패널을 고정장착하면서도 단순 조립에 의해 외장패널을 설치함으로써 시공기간과 함께 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
