INSPECTION EQUIPMENT OF BRIDGES
The present invention relates to an inspection platform for bridges and, more specifically, to an inspection platform for bridges, which has excellent economic efficiency and workability by allowing the easy installation and dismantlement of a foothold without damage to a horizontal support. The inspection platform for bridges includes: a fixated bracket fixated to a sidewall of a pier; the horizontal support joined to the bottom of the fixated bracket to be provided in a horizontal direction; the foothold provided above the horizontal support; a vertical support provided at an end of the horizontal support in a vertical direction; and a handrail provided on the vertical support in a horizontal direction. The foothold includes: a pair of outer footholds; and an inner foothold having a protrusion insertion groove at a predetermined depth.
본 발명은 교량 점검대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수평지지대의 손상 없이 발판을 간편하게 설치 및 해체할 수 있어 경제성 및 시공성이 우수한 교량 점검대에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 구성은, 교각 측벽에 고정되는 고정브라켓과, 그 고정브라켓의 하부에 결합되어 수평으로 설치되는 수평지지대와, 그 수평지지대의 상부에 설치되는 발판과, 상기 수평지지대의 단부에 수직으로 설치되는 수직지지대와, 그 수직지지대에 수평으로 설치되는 난간을 포함하여 이루어진 교량 점검대에 있어서, 상기 고정브라켓의 일측면에는 길이방향을 따라 돌출되고 단부에 제1결속홈이 형성된 볼트결합부가 설치되고, 상기 고정브라켓과 마주보는 상기 수직지지대의 일측면에는 길이방향을 따라 제2결속홈이 형성되며, 상기 제1결속홈과 제2결속홈에는 각각 머리부가 삽입되어 결속되는 제1고정볼트와 제2고정볼트가 설치되고, 상기 발판의 상면 양측에는 상부가 상기 제1고정볼트 또는 제2고정볼트로 고정되어 상부 일측면이 상기 고정브라켓 또는 수직지지대에 밀착되고 하부 일측면이 발판의 측벽돌기에 밀착된 채로 하면이 그 발판의 상면을 눌러 가압하도록 측단면형상이 ''으로 형성된 가압판이 설치되며, 상기 발판은, 상기 가압판에 의해 일측면이 눌려지고 일측면 상부에 측벽돌기가 형성되며 타측면 상부에는 하방으로 꺾여 걸림돌기가 형성된 한 쌍의 외측발판과, 상기 외측발판의 사이에 구비되어 발판고정볼트로 고정되고 양측면 상부에 상기 걸림돌기가 삽입되도록 일정 깊이로 돌기삽입홈이 형성된 내측발판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 교량 점검대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수평지지대의 손상 없이 발판을 간편하게 설치 및 해체할 수 있어 경제성 및 시공성이 우수한 교량 점검대에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 구성은, 교각 측벽에 고정되는 고정브라켓과, 그 고정브라켓의 하부에 결합되어 수평으로 설치되는 수평지지대와, 그 수평지지대의 상부에 설치되는 발판과, 상기 수평지지대의 단부에 수직으로 설치되는 수직지지대와, 그 수직지지대에 수평으로 설치되는 난간을 포함하여 이루어진 교량 점검대에 있어서, 상기 고정브라켓의 일측면에는 길이방향을 따라 돌출되고 단부에 제1결속홈이 형성된 볼트결합부가 설치되고, 상기 고정브라켓과 마주보는 상기 수직지지대의 일측면에는 길이방향을 따라 제2결속홈이 형성되며, 상기 제1결속홈과 제2결속홈에는 각각 머리부가 삽입되어 결속되는 제1고정볼트와 제2고정볼트가 설치되고, 상기 발판의 상면 양측에는 상부가 상기 제1고정볼트 또는 제2고정볼트로 고정되어 상부 일측면이 상기 고정브라켓 또는 수직지지대에 밀착되고 하부 일측면이 발판의 측벽돌기에 밀착된 채로 하면이 그 발판의 상면을 눌러 가압하도록 측단면형상이 ''으로 형성된 가압판이 설치되며, 상기 발판은, 상기 가압판에 의해 일측면이 눌려지고 일측면 상부에 측벽돌기가 형성되며 타측면 상부에는 하방으로 꺾여 걸림돌기가 형성된 한 쌍의 외측발판과, 상기 외측발판의 사이에 구비되어 발판고정볼트로 고정되고 양측면 상부에 상기 걸림돌기가 삽입되도록 일정 깊이로 돌기삽입홈이 형성된 내측발판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
