JOINT STRUCTURE FOR CORNER OF WALL
The present invention relates to a joint structure for a corner of walls which is formed on ends of walls (100, 200) having outer walls (110, 210), inner walls (120, 220), and insulation materials (130, 230) installed between the outer walls (110, 210) and the inner walls (120, 220), and forms a corner unit by joining a plurality of walls (100, 200). The joint structure for a corner of walls comprises: a one-side wall (100) wherein a one-side connection unit (140) is formed on the inner wall (120); and an other-side wall (200) wherein an other-side connection unit (240) connected to the one-side connection unit (140) is formed on the inner wall (220). A longitudinal section formed by joining the one-side wall (100) and the other-side wall (200) is formed in a series of zigzags. Accordingly, infiltration of outside air through a gap between members in a prefabricated house can be effectively prevented to preserve a temperature of the indoor air.
본 발명은 외벽(110,210), 내벽(120,220), 상기 외벽(110,210) 및 내벽(120,220) 사이에 설치되는 단열재(130,230)를 포함하는 벽체(100,200)의 단부에 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 벽체(100,200)가 복수 결합하여 코너부를 형성하는 결합구조물에 관한 것으로서, 일측 결합부(140)가 상기 내벽(120)에 형성된 일측 벽체(100); 상기 일측 결합부(140)에 결합하는 타측 결합부(240)가 상기 내벽(220)에 형성된 타측 벽체(200);를 포함하고, 상기 일측 벽체(100) 및 타측 벽체(200)의 결합에 의해 형성되는 종단면 결합선(a)은 지그재그 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체의 코너부 결합구조물을 제시함으로써, 조립식 주택에서 부재와 부재 사이의 틈을 통한 외기의 침입을 효과적으로 차단하여 내기의 온도를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
