DOUBLE PRE-CAST MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THREROF
A double pre-cast member (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first member (110) formed in a plate structure by concrete in which a reinforcement steel bar assembly (111) is installed; a second member (120) formed in a plate structure and separated from the first member (110); and an FRP connecting member (130) whose both ends are installed on the first member (110) and the second member (120) to connect the first member (110) and the second member (120). Accordingly, the first member and the second member of the double pre-cast member are sturdily connected, and heat and noise transfer can be effectively blocked.
본 발명은 철근조립체(111)가 매설된 콘크리트에 의해 판 구조로 형성된 제1 부재(110); 콘크리트에 의해 판 구조로 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 제1 부재(110)와 간격을 두고 형성된 제2 부재(120); 상기 제1 부재(110)와 상기 제2 부재(120)를 연결하도록, 양단이 각각 상기 제1 부재(110)와 상기 제2 부재(120)에 매설된 FRP 연결부재(130);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 프리캐스트 부재(100)를 제시함으로써, 이중 프리캐스트 부재 자체의 견고한 결합을 이루면서도, 열이나 소음의 전달을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있도록 한다.
