CRACK REDUCING AGENT COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE COMPOSITION USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a technique for reducing cracks in concrete and, more specifically, to a crack reducing agent composition which has an excellent effect in reducing medium and short term cracking in concrete; has excellent field application; and realizes stable performance based design of the concrete, by adding a small amount of the same, and a crack reducing concrete composition desirably using the same. The crack reducing agent composition for concrete in accordance with the present invention comprises: 30 to 90 wt% of a modified aluminum sulfate inflating agent; and 10 to 70 wt% of acid leaching bentonite. The modified aluminum sulfate inflating agent is formed by treating the surface of an inorganic power compound containing Al_2(SO_4)_3 with an organic water repellent solution, and the acid leaching bentonite is treated by eluting swelling bentonite powder with acid. The crack reducing concrete composition in accordance with the present invention is prepared by substituting and adding 2 to 8 wt% of the crack reducing agent composition for concrete to a concrete bonding material and mixing the same.
본 발명은 콘크리트의 균열저감을 위한 기술에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 적은 첨가량으로도 중단기적인 콘크리트의 균열저감 효과가 뛰어나고 현장 적용성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트의 안정적인 성능설계를 구현할 수 있는 균열저감제 조성물과 이를 바람직하게 이용한 균열저감 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트용 균열저감제 조성물은, 개질 알루미늄 설페이트(modified aluminium sulfate) 팽창제 30~90중량%;와, 산용출 벤토나이트(acid leaching bentonite) 10~70중량%;를 포함하여 구성되되, 개질 알루미늄 설페이트는 팽창제는, Al(SO)를 포함하는 무기성 분말 화합물이 유기성 발수용액으로 표면 처리된 것이며, 산용출 벤토나이트는 팽윤성 벤토나이트 분말을 산에 용출시켜 처리된 것임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 균열저감 콘크리트 조성물은, 상기와 같은 콘크리트용 균열저감제 조성물을, 콘크리트 결합재에 2~8중량% 치환 혼입하여 배합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
