The present invention comprises: a bracket (10) coupled to a body of a ship; a ladder body part (20) having left and right vertical supporters (22) longitudinally extended to the bracket (100) while the tops are hinge-coupled to each other to be turned and a plurality of horizontal footholds (24) hinge-coupled between the left and right vertical supporters (22) at a predetermined height to be folded; and a locking part (30) formed on one side of the ladder body part (20) to fix the folded state of the ladder body part (20). Thus, the present invention quickly unfolds downward the ladder from the ship when a person falls into the sea from the ship; allows the person to easily and safely climb up to the ship through the unfolded ladder; and quickly folds the rescue ladder after rescue.
