The present invention relates to a high-rise complex building system comprising: at least two high-rise buildings; and a large space structure formed in the ownerless space between the high-rise buildings, and including an upper dome and a lower dome fixed to the high-rise building. The present invention provides the high-rise complex building system for controlling torsional vibration of the upper dome as a vibration control part is equipped in the upper dome.
