A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT SANDWICH PANEL USING INORGANIC COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonflammable sandwich panel using an inorganic composition and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel including a wall composed of steel and a filling material to be filled into the wall. The method for manufacturing a nonflammable sandwich panel using an inorganic composition comprises: a first step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing 20 to 30 wt% of silica, 5 to 15 wt% of calcium carbonate, 2 to 7 wt% of fumed silica, 3 to 10 wt% of boron oxide, 40 to 50 wt% of sodium silicate, 10 to 20 wt% of fly ash, 3 to 6 wt% of sodium bicarbonate, and 5 to 15 wt% of water; a second step of manufacturing a spherical porous ball by mixing and drying silica, calcium carbonate, fumed silica, boron oxide, sodium silicate, fly ash, sodium bicarbonate and water; a third step of manufacturing a filling material by mixing the mixture manufactured in the first step with the porous ball manufactured in the second step; and a fourth step of filling the filling material into the wall, maturing the filling material at temperatures of 50 to 70 °C for one to two hours, and drying the filling material at temperatures of 200 to 400 °C for one to three hours. Therefore, the nonflammable sandwich panel does not burn nor discharge poisonous gas. Moreover the panel is light and can improve the effect of insulation by including a porous ball with numerous holes.
본 발명은 무기조성물을 이용한 샌드위치 불연판넬 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 스틸재질로 구성된 벽체와, 상기 벽체의 내부에 충전되는 충전물을 포함하여 구성된 샌드위치 판넬을 제조하기 위한 것으로서; 실리카 20~30중량%, 탄산칼슘 5~15중량%, 흄드실리카 2~7중량%, 산화붕소 3~10중량%, 규산소다 40~50중량%, 플라이애쉬 10~20중량%, 중탄산나트륨 3~6중량% 및 물 5~15중량%를 혼합하여 배합물을 만드는 제1단계와; 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 흄드실리카, 산화붕소, 규산소다, 플라이애쉬, 중탄산나트륨 및 물을 혼합한 후 건조시킴으로써 구(球) 형태의 다공성 볼을 만드는 제2단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 제조된 배합물에 상기 제2단계에서 제조된 다공성 볼을 혼합하여 충전물을 만드는 제3단계와; 상기 충전물을 상기 벽체 내부에 충전한 다음 1~2시간동안 50~70℃에서 숙성시킨 후 1~3시간동안 200~400℃에서 건조시키는 제4단계;로 구성되어, 불에 타지 않을 뿐만 아니라 유독연기를 배출시키지 않으며, 많은 구멍이 형성된 다공성 볼을 포함하여 무게를 가볍게 하고 단열효과를 향상할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonflammable sandwich panel using an inorganic composition and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel including a wall composed of steel and a filling material to be filled into the wall.
