The present invention relates to a complex insulation panel, a system to manufacture a complex insulation panel, and a process to manufacture a complex insulation panel capable of simultaneously obtaining insulation properties, preventing condensation, and constructability. The system to manufacture a complex insulation panel comprises: a panel supply part to supply a concrete panel manufactured by compression molding while having an uneven portion formed on one surface; an insulation material supply part to supply an insulation material; an adhesive provision part to provide an adhesive to one surface of the concrete panel received from the panel supply part; a complex insulation panel manufacturing part receiving the concrete panel and the insulation material from the adhesive provision part and the insulation material supply part, and then attaching the insulation material to one surface of the concrete panel to provide a space in which a complex insulation panel is manufactured; and a carrying part to carry the complex insulation panel from the complex insulation panel manufacturing part.
본 발명은 복합 단열 패널의 제조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 일면에 요철이 형성된 콘크리트 패널을 압출 성형에 의해 제조하여 공급하는 패널 공급부; 단열재를 공급하는 단열재 공급부; 상기 패널 공급부로부터 콘크리트 패널을 제공받아 콘크리트 패널의 일면에 접착제를 제공하는 접착제 제공부; 상기 접착제 제공부 및 상기 단열재 공급부로부터 콘크리트 패널 및 단열재를 각각 제공받아 콘크리트 패널의 일면에 단열재를 부착시켜 복합 단열 패널이 제조되는 공간을 제공하는 복합 단열 패널 제조부; 상기 복합 단열 패널 제조부로부터 상기 복합 단열 패널을 반입하는 반입부;를 포함한다.
