The present invention relates to a waterspout for preventing odors, which is installed in a manhole discharging a fluid to a drain. The waterspout for preventing odors comprises: an upper frame arranged on an upper side of the manhole, and forming an inlet in which the fluid is supplied; a waterspout frame formed to be inclined to the inside of the manhole, where one end is fixed on the upper frame in which the inlet is formed; an opening and closing frame installed to be rotatable between a closing position in which one end is combined on a hinge unit of the upper frame, and the other end is interlocked with the other end of the waterspout frame, and an opening position estranged from the other end of the waterspout frame; a side sealing frame fixed on the upper frame to seal the side of the waterspout frame and the opening and closing frame; and a sealing maintaining member installed between the other end of the waterspout frame and the opening and closing frame, and maintaining that the other end of the waterspout frame and the opening and closing frame are interlocked in the closing position.
본 발명은, 유체를 배수로나 하수구로 배출시키는 맨홀에 설치되는 악취차단용 빗물받이에 있어서, 상기 맨홀의 상측에 배치되어, 상기 유체가 유입되는 유입구가 형성된 상부프레임; 일 단은 상기 유입구가 형성된 상기 상부프레임에 고정되고, 상기 맨홀 내측으로 경사지게 형성되는 유체받이 프레임; 일 단은 상기 상부프레임의 힌지부에 결합되고, 타 단은 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타 단과 맞물리는 폐쇄위치와, 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타 단과 멀어지는 개방위치 사이에서 회동 가능하도록 설치된 개폐프레임; 상기 유체받이 프레임과 상기 개폐프레임의 측면을 밀폐하도록 상기 상부프레임에 고정된 측면밀폐 프레임; 및 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타 단과 상기 개폐프레임 사이에 설치되고, 상기 폐쇄위치에서 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타단과 상기 개폐프레임의 맞물린 상태를 유지시키는 밀폐유지부재;를 포함하고, 상기 개폐프레임은, 일단에 형성된 힌지바; 상기 개방위치 방향과 나란한 방향의 면에 형성되고, 상기 맨홀로 유체의 배출이 중단될 때, 상기 개폐프레임을 상기 개방위치에서 상기 폐쇄위치로 복귀시키는 중량추; 상기 힌지바와 상기 중량추를 연결하는 지지바(bar); 및 상기 힌지바와 상기 지지바 사이에 상기 유체받이 프레임과 멀어지도록 굽어지게 형성되고, 상기 지지바와 상기 힌지하우징이 간섭되는 것을 방지하는 간섭방지부를 포함하며, 상기 힌지부는, 상기 개폐프레임의 상기 일단에 형성된 힌지바; 및 상기 상부프레임에서 연장되어 형성되며, 상기 힌지바의 상기 유입구 측을 밀폐하여 상기 힌지바를 감싸도록 형성된 힌지하우징;을 포함하며, 상기 밀폐유지부재는, 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타 단에 삽입되는 고정부; 및 상기 고정부와 일체로 형성되고, 상기 유체받이 프레임의 타 단과 상기 개폐프레임의 사이에 설치되며, 상기 맨홀 방향의 하부가 개구된 U-자형으로 상기 개폐프레임에 접하는 일면이 상기 고정부와 인접한 상기 밀폐바디의 타면보다 두껍게 형성된 실리콘 재질의 밀폐바디를 포함하는 악취차단용 빗물받이가 개시된다.
