CRACK SEALING APPARATUS FOR REPAIRING ROAD
The present invention relates to a crack sealing apparatus to repair a road and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus to repair the road by injecting a sealing material into a crack generated in a paved road. According to the present invention, provided is a crack sealing apparatus to repair a road, comprising: a body part having a sealing material melting tank where a sealing material in a solid state is melted; a heating means to heat the sealing material melting tank; a discharge part including a discharge pipe extending from the sealing material melting tank, having a rotational opening and closing valve, and discharging the sealing material in the sealing material melting tank to the outside; a wheel part combined with the body part; a handle part extending backwards from the body part; a discharge valve operating part to adjust the rotational opening and closing valve; and a push stick structure to level the sealing material discharged from the discharge pipe on the ground.
본 발명은 도로 보수 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 포장도로에 발생하는 균열부에 봉함재를 주입하여 도로를 보수하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고체상의 봉함재가 용융되는 봉함재 용융 탱크가 마련되는 몸체부; 상기 봉함재 용융 탱크를 가열하는 가열 수단; 상기 봉함재 용융 탱크로부터 연장되고 회전형 개폐밸브가 마련된 배출관을 구비하며, 상기 봉함재 용융 탱크 내의 봉함재를 외부로 배출하는 토출부; 상기 몸체부에 결합된 바퀴부; 상기 몸체부로부터 후방으로 연장된 손잡이부; 상기 회전형 개폐밸브를 조잘하는 토출밸브 조작부; 및 상기 배출관으로부터 배출된 봉함재를 지면 상에서 평탄화시키는 밀대 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 보수용 균열부 봉함 장치가 제공된다.
