DRIVING APPARATUS FOR SLIDING TYPE AUTOMATIC DOOR
The present invention relates to a sliding type automatic door driving apparatus. The sliding type automatic door driving apparatus according to the present invention includes a connection member (10), a one side recognition sensor (20) which is installed on one side of an installation space (1b), an other side recognition sensor (30) which is installed on the other side of the installation space (1b), a wire winding bobbin (40), a first cylindrical gear (50), a second cylindrical gear (60), a third cylindrical gear (70), a fourth cylindrical gear (80), a driving motor (90) which rotates the fourth cylindrical gear (80) in both directions, a wheel sensor (100) which senses the rotation of the first cylindrical gear (50), and a control device (110). According to the present invention, a door is easily opened and acceleration and deceleration operations are performed through a motor control without an additional deceleration damper when the door is automatically closed.
본 발명은 슬라이딩 자동문 구동 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 슬라이딩 자동문 구동 장치는, 하부가 상기 일측문(2a)과 연결되어 일측문(2a)과 함께 좌우로 이동하고, 상부에 인식자석(11)이 연결되어 있는 연결부재(10)와; 설치공간(1b)의 일측에 설치되어 있으며, 상기 인식자석(11)의 접근 여부를 감지하는 일측인식센서(20)와; 상기 설치공간(1b)의 타측에 설치되어 있으며, 상기 인식자석(11)의 접근 여부를 감지하는 타측인식센서(30)와; 상기 타측인식센서(30)의 타측편으로 이격된 채 상기 설치공간(1b)에 회전 가능하도록 설치되어 있고, 일측이 상기 연결부재(10)에 연결된 와이어(41)가 권취되어 있는 와이어권취보빈(40)와; 상기 와이어권취보빈(40)과 연결되어 와이어권취보빈(40)과 함께 회전 가능하도록 설치되어 있는 제1원통기어(50)와; 상기 설치공간(1b) 내부에 설치되어 있되, 기어축(61)이 상기 제1원통기어(50)의 외측 방향으로 일정 곡률을 따라 이동 가능하도록 설치되어 있고, 기어축(61)의 이동에 따라 상기 제1원통기어(50)와 선택적으로 치합되도록 이루어진 제2원통기어(60)와; 상기 설치공간(1b) 내부에 설치되어 있고, 상기 제2원통기어(60)와 맞물려 회전되, 기어이빨이 상기 제2원통기어(60)의 기어이빨과 맞물려 회전 방향에 따라 상기 제2원통기어(60)를 이동시켜 제1원통기어(50)와 선택적으로 치합되도록 하는 제3원통기어(70)와; 상기 설치공간(1b) 내부에 설치되어 있고, 상기 제3원통기어(70)와 맞물려 회전하는 제4원통기어(80)와; 상기 제4원통기어(80)와 연결되어 제4원통기어(80)를 양방향으로 회전시키는 구동모터(90)와; 상기 설치공간(1b) 내부에 설치되어 있고, 제1원통기어(50)의 회전을 감지하는 휠센서(100)와; 상기 일측인식센서(20), 타측인식센서(30), 구동모터(90), 휠센서(100)와 전기적으로 연결되어 일측인식센서(20), 타측인식센서(30), 휠센서(100)로부터 감지된 신호에 의해 구동모터(90)의 작동 유무 및 회전방향의 전환을 제어하는 컨트롤장치(110);를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 문을 열 때 힘들이지 않고 손쉽게 열 수 있으며, 문이 자동으로 닫힐 때 별도의 감속 댐퍼 없이 모터 제어를 통해 가속과 감속을 수행할 수 있게 된다.
