According to the present invention, a hanger supporting a height of a support rod (10) to be adjusted comprises: a cylindrical upper rod (20) which is open on a lower portion and has a release lever (31) and a hanging lever (32); and a lower rod (40) coupled to an opening of the upper rod (40) to be drawn out, and connected to the release lever (31) and the hanging lever (32) to change a withdrawal length. Therefore, in case of changing a height of the support rod to hang a variety of articles, operation with one finger is convenient regardless of a condition of a place, and durability can be increased.
