PAVING METHOD OF PROVIDING INPERMEABLE INTERMEDIATE LAYER WITH ONLY ONE PAVING PROCESS WITH PAVING MATERIAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING OF RUBBERIZED ASPHALT
The present invention relates to a pavement method wherein an intermediate layer is formed by penetrating non-solidifying rubber asphalt on an upper portion, which is formed of an asphalt mixture for a base layer, or cement concrete, and thereby, a permeable layer and an impermeable layer (intermediate layer) can be formed by constructing a surface layer only one time. The non-solidifying rubber asphalt layer has water resistance and drainage functions and thereby is able to prevent completely water or moisture from being absorbed to a lower layer. Therefore, there is an effect of preventing a road damage occurring due to a freezing phenomenon of water penetrating into the ground in winter. In addition, a non-solidifying rubber asphalt layer constituting the intermediate layer is more solidly attached by being engaged with the base layer primarily because the non-solidifying asphalt melts and comes upward due to a pavement temperature and pressure applied while a surface layer pavement process is performed. Therefore, it is possible to form an integrated pavement structure having an improved water resistance and durability.
