The present invention discloses a water treatment system of initial rainwater, which is capable of increasing filtration efficiency of pollutant contained in initial rain water, and discharging washings of a medium and pollutant generated during filtration and washing and a precipitate deposited on the lower part of a filtration room in an efficient and economic manner, by dispersing the initial rain water introduced inside a filtration room in all directions, which does not lean to one direction by dispersion induction and an outflow pipe of initial rain water installed inside the filtration room.
