METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITION FOR FUNCTIONAL PILLOW AND FUNCTIONAL PILLOW USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite for a functional pillow and a functional pillow using the same and, more specifically, to a method for producing a composite for a functional pillow and a functional pillow using the same providing effects of not only radiating far-infrared rays using a mineral-mixed composite, emitting anions, deodorizing, sterilizing, removing bacteria, and removing mold, but also purifying indoor air by placing the pillow only on a bed in a closed room. At the same time, the present invention provides a sterilizing function and an antibiotic function, enables a user to be free from bacteria as an inner pillow cover and an outer pillow cover are made of a material containing the composite wherein forty-three minerals are mixed to kill bacteria by emitting far-infrared rays and anions at all times, and prevents odor by remarkably deodorizing even though the pillow is clammy with sweat dropped by a user while the user sleeps. In addition, the present invention enables the user to have a good night′s sleep with strong far-infrared radiation and anion emission when the user uses the pillow, thereby improving blood circulation. Thus, shoulder discomfort and pain are relieved. An existing far-infrared medical device emits far-infrared rays only when the medical device is heated. However, the mineral-mixed composite emits far-infrared rays and anions at thirty-seven degrees similar with a human′s body temperature, thereby having an excellent effect.
