The present invention relates to a movable traffic safety guide and, more specifically, to a movable traffic safety guide which can be carried and stored easily, can be installed conveniently on a desired place without the limitation of an installation place, and can be removed and recovered easily after installation and fixation. The movable traffic safety guide according to the present invention comprises: a main body (10) of the guide including a pair of right and left moving wheels (11) at a lower part and including a handle part (12) at an upper part; a guide rod (20) having the shape of a multistage pipe so that multiple pipes having sections with different sizes can be combined with one another to be accommodated in or withdrawn out of adjacent pipes (21) and the length of the guide rod can be adjusted for each stage; a position fixing part (30) of the guide rod having the end at one side of the guide rod (20) combined therewith to be able to rotate vertically, fixing the position of the guide rod (20) at each predetermined height during the upward movement and downward movement of the guide rod (20), and combined with one side of the upper part of the main body (10) of the guide to be able to rotate laterally; a driving part (40) arranged inside the main body (10) of the guide to laterally rotate the position fixing part (30) of the guide rod; a controller part (50) for controlling the operation of the driving part (40); and a power charging and supplying part (60) for being charged by receiving external power and supplying operation power to the controller part (50) via a charged electric current.
