A hood hinge for a vehicle is disclosed. According to the present invention, the hood hinge for a vehicle comprises: a vehicle body assembly unit connected with a vehicle body; a hood assembly unit positioned in an upper portion of the vehicle body assembly unit and connected with a hood; a link unit positioned between the vehicle body assembly unit and the hood assembly unit; and an operation control unit which rotationally connects the link to the vehicle body assembly unit and the hood assembly unit and connects the vehicle body assembly unit and the hood assembly unit by means of a rotational bush.
