THE PRECAST CONCRETE KOREAN-STYLE HOUSE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a PC Korean-style house structure. The structure comprises a plurality of PC pillar members formed of a concrete material, separated from each other at predetermined intervals, and including a plurality of connection bolts horizontally protruding from an outer upper surface; a PC beam plate formed of a concrete material and connected between the PC pillar members but having a beam plate bolt insertion groove formed on a side and having a beam plate bolt insertion hole formed on the other side in order to make connection bolts of the PC pillar members inserted into the beam plate insertion groove and the beam plate insertion hole, and having a plurality of anchor bolts protruding from an upper surface; a PC beam member formed of a concrete material and connected between the PC pillar members to be orthogonal to the PC beam plate but having a beam bolt insertion groove formed on a side and having a beam bolt insertion hole formed on the other side in order to make the connection bolts of PC pillar members inserted into the beam bolt insertion groove and the beam bolt insertion hole; and a PC proof member including a concrete slab panel including a plurality of rafters in a lower part, a beam plate step passing through the rafters in a lower direction to be placed on the upper surface of the PC beam plate, and a plurality of anchor bolt penetration holes formed on the beam plate step to be penetrated by the anchor bolts of the PC beam plate.
