CONSTRUCTION PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a construction panel, and a construction panel manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a construction panel comprises the steps of: accommodating a cover by lowering an upper compressed plate while fixating a compressed mold, which accommodates the cover therein, in a central portion of the upper surface of a lower support; lifting the upper compressed plate and injecting an urethane mixture into the compressed mold while the cover is detached to the outside of the compressed mold, making the mixture completely filled between the cover and the bottom surface of the compressed mold by lowering the upper compressed mold and compressing the urethane mixture inserted into the compressed mold with the cover, and then compressing urethane foam generated from a foaming reaction of the urethane mixture with predetermined pressure and predetermined thickness; detaching the compressed mold covered by the cover completely from the lower support after lifting the upper compressed mold, and storing and maturing the compressed mold in a separate place for a predetermined time; and detaching and removing the cover and the compressed mold, thereby manufacturing a construction panel. The present invention makes the mixture completely filled between the cover and the bottom surface of the compressed mold by compressing the urethane mixture inserted into the compressed mold with the cover; and compresses urethane foam generated from the foaming reaction of the urethane mixture with predetermined pressure and predetermined thickness, thereby manufacturing a construction panel made of a urethane material, which has small volume, thin thickness and light weight, exhibits high density and high strength, and can be used as an interior and exterior finishing material and an insulator for a building.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a construction panel, and a construction panel manufactured thereby. The present invention makes the mixture completely filled between the cover and the bottom surface of the compressed mold by compressing the urethane mixture inserted into the compressed mold with the cover; and compresses urethane foam generated from the foaming reaction of the urethane mixture with predetermined pressure and predetermined thickness, thereby manufacturing a construction panel made of a urethane material, which has small volume, thin thickness and light weight, exhibits high density and high strength, and can be used as an interior and exterior finishing material and an insulator for a building.
