INFILTRATIVE LIQUID WATERPROOFING AGENT, PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF AND STRUCTING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an infiltration-type liquid waterproofing agent, a method for producing the same, and a method for applying the same. More particularly, the infiltration-type liquid waterproofing agent is emulsion including a water soluble acryl polymer, a silicon EVA resin, and a monofunctional unsaturated monomer. The water soluble acryl polymer includes an acryl-based monomer, a functional monomer including a glycidyl group, and a polymerizable monomer. The monofunctional unsaturated monomer is ester including a hydroxy group, amide including a hydroxy group, or a mixture of the same. According to the present invention, a waterproof layer with adhesiveness to a structure, penetrability, water-penetration resistance, fine-crack resistance which are excellent can be generated and can be used semi-permanently. Therefore, not only maintenance costs for the waterproof layer can be reduced but also durability of the structure can be increased. In addition, the infiltration-type liquid waterproofing agent has excellent adhesiveness for post-processes after making the waterproof layer and enables the waterproof layer to be applied without swelling. Volatile organic compounds are not used for the infiltration-type liquid waterproofing agent. Therefore, the infiltration-type liquid waterproofing agent does not cause environmental pollution.
