The present invention has at least one horizontal bar (20) which is disposed between neighboring supports (10) and of which both sides of a longitudinal direction are coupled to each neighboring support (10) by a coupling means (30). The coupling means (30) comprises: a protrusion unit (32) provided to an outer circumference of the support (10); and an insertion unit (34) provided to enable the protrusion unit (32) to be inserted into an end part of the horizontal bar (20). The insertion unit (34) is configured as the opened end part of the horizontal bar (20) since both side end parts of the horizontal bar (20) has an opened pipe shaped structure. The present invention has a single rib or a plurality of ribs (22) elongated to both side end parts in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal bar (20) inside the horizontal bar (20) to reinforce the horizontal bar (20) and closely attached to the protrusion unit (32) inserted into the insertion unit (34).
