The present invention relates to a wall construction method to improve thermal insulation of an apartment house and, more specifically, relates to a wall construction method to improve thermal insulation of an apartment house which improves a construction method of an insulating wall for a wall to more easily by constructed, shortens an overall construction period as a separate process to install a finishing material as it is not necessary after the construction of the wall is completed, and significantly reduces construction costs; thereby preventing damage to an insulating material and wallpaper due to moisture discharged from a concrete wall, and preventing mold from being generated.
