The present invention relates to a construction method of a cut surface having earth pressure resistance, which not only obtains stability of a cut surface by a double earth pressure resistant wall, but also minimizes displacement of a finishing wall (precast concrete wall) caused by an earth pressure. The construction method of a cut surface having earth pressure resistance of the present invention stabilizes movement of a first back filler (220) by a stiffener (230), and obtains stability of a cut surface (201) by a double earth pressure resistant wall by a precast concrete wall (300) and a reinforced wall (210).
