A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CONCRETE USING BLAST FURNACE SLAG AND MANUFACTURED THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing concrete using recycled blast furnace slag, which comprises the following steps: (a) crushing blast furnace slag into each of coarse aggregates having a large diameter and fine aggregates having a small diameter by a grinder; (b) preparing a mixture of the coarse aggregates and fine aggregates of step (a), blast furnace slag, cement having Portland cement and a plaster mixed, and an admixture; (c) putting 6-8 wt% of water for total wt% of the mixture of step (b), and mixing inside a mixer in a certain speed; (d) putting the mixture mixed in the mixer of step (c) into a frame within 30 to 40 minutes, and applying vibration by a vibrator so that the coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, and cement are uniformly mixed and maintain the fluidity; and (e) completing concrete using the recycled blast furnace slag by curing the mixture finishing vibration by the vibrator of step (d).
