A latch bolt fixing holder is disclosed. An insertion hole and an elongated hole are formed on an upper surface of the fixing holder, and a magnetic substance not affected by rainwater is formed on an upper and lower ends inside the fixing holder. As such, the present invention prevents noise as a latch bolt moves in a forward and backward directions inside the fixing holder due to the wind which is an external environmental factor, or an air pressure generated when the door which does not have the latch bolt is opened and closed while a latch bolt is inserted into the fixing holder to maintain a locking state of one of the doors among a two-door door; and a blocking plate effectively blocking the elongated hole of the fixing holder through a plurality of magnetic substances even though rainwater penetrates inside the fixing holder. Moreover, the present invention prevents various foreign substances from being introduced into the fixing holder wherein the latch bolt is inserted, and prevents an insertion defect of the latch bolt from occurring inside the fixing holder due to the foreign substances.
