BUOYANCY ANCHOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING ANCHORAGE DEVICE OF SLAB AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR BUOYANCY ANCHOR ASSEMBLY USING ANCHORAGE METOD OF SLAB
The present invention relates to a buoyancy preventing anchor body with a slab anchoring device and a method for constructing the buoyancy preventing anchor body using a slab anchoring method capable of preventing damage to a slab or the deformation of the slab due to an axial force or buoyancy, waterproofing both of the inner and outer parts of a service sleeve embedded in a slab; and preventing an intake or a discharge of water contained in the ground through the service sleeve. To achieve the same, the slab anchoring device includes all of a tension member, an insertion-anchoring module, the service sleeve, an exposure-anchoring module, and a waterproofing module. The tension member is composed of a hollow protective pipe and a core line embedded in the protective line. The insertion-anchoring module is joined to one end of the tension member and inserted into a boring unit wherein a first grout is filled. The hollow service sleeve is connected to the boring unit. The tension member passes through the service sleeve. The service sleeve is embedded in the slab in an entry of the boring unit and filled with a second grout. The exposure-anchoring module fixates the other end of the tension member while being supported by the service sleeve. The waterproofing module waterproofs the inner and outer parts of the service sleeve. The waterproofing module includes a water stop protruding to cover the outer circumference of the service sleeve; a hydrophilic water stopping unit covering the outer circumference of the service sleeve to be in contact with a surface of the boring unit that the water stop faces; a filling-waterproofing unit filled inside the service sleeve to be stacked on the second grout; and a waterproofing band unit covering the first grout to be in contact with the service sleeve in the entry of the boring unit.
