MEMBRANE TENSION CLAMP OF MEMBRANE STRUCTURES
An existing integrated clamp extending a tent fabric causes problems of long working hours and inconvenience as the clamp is unable to be inserted and separated during a work of extending the tent and the wire is manually moved by using a rail due to the extending works successively performed. An existing separated type clamp causes problems of long working hours and the risk of falling components as the clamp is directly assembled to the tent at a high position, damage to the tent fabric pulled tight due to rubbing with a protruding bolt head when joining a bolt or an angled portion, and damage to a frame the due to a tool pulling the tent fabric. To solve the problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a tent tension clamp of a tent structure. The clamp is capable of reducing time required for installing by easily attaching and separating the wire formed on the end of the tent fabric regardless of position by adjusting a separated distance of a wire fixing groove as the clamp is compose of an upper frame, a lower frame, and a frame joining unit. The clamp enables a work to be performed relatively safe by reducing the risk of falling components. In addition, the clamp is capable of being completely joined to the tent fabric according to a work purpose, capable of being used for extending when installing the tent fabric, capable of preventing damage to the tent fabric such as being scratched or torn by removing the projected portion such as the bolt head and angled portions, and capable of reducing production costs by manufacturing the frame by casting and assembling the frame without post processing such as cutting and grinding.
