The present invention relates to a system safety stair. The present invention comprises: first frame units disposed in parallel to each other; a first hinge unit of which both end parts are connected to each first frame unit; a second frame units disposed in parallel to each other; a second hinge unit of which both end parts are connected to each second frame unit; a foot board unit disposed in an upper side of the first hinge unit and the second hinge unit to be coupled; a third frame unit installed in the second frame unit; and a fixing means having a belt. The first hinge unit comprises: a first shaft; and a first separation preventing member. The second hinge unit comprises: a second shaft; and a second separation preventing member. Therefore, the user is capable of safely climbing the stair in various types of construction sites.
