The present invention relates to a thermal blocking blind reflecting sunlight and insulated itself to prevent degradation of a cooling effect during a summer season and prevent a loss of heating heat during the winter season and prevent the unnecessary energy loss to save energy. The blind comprises: a frame fixated to a ceiling to be positioned in an upper side of a window; and a plurality of blind pieces connected to the frame with at least two or more connection lines. The blind piece comprises: a rectangular blocking plate connected to the connection line and where an insertion groove is formed on an outer surface and formed of a wooden material or a synthetic resin material; an insulation member inserted into the insertion groove and having an insulation property; and a light reflection film attached to the outer surface of the blocking plate to seal the insertion groove and reflecting the light irradiated to the outer surface.
