The present invention relates to a floating breakwater. The present invention comprises: a breakwater member reducing pressure of a wave; a floating member installed in a lower end of the breakwater member to enable the breakwater member to be floated; an induction member installed in an upper end of the breakwater member to induce seawater; and a power generator installed in the induction member to generate electrical energy. Therefore, the present invention is capable of stably reduce a wave pressure through a technical configuration and actively handle the waves of various forms.
