The present invention relates to a foldable handrail functioning as a stall, comprising: a column part including a support and a post; a stall part including a stall and a frame; a hinge part including a driving bar, a post coupler, a frame coupler, and a rotary shaft; and a fixating part including a fixture. According to the present invention, the foldable handrail functioning as a stall functions as a stall as necessary when partially folded as well as a handrail at other times, thereby creating a beautiful urban landscape, allowing the maintenance of order, preventing accidents, reducing costs, and making better use of a space.
