The present invention relates to a digital door lock with a handle of a clutch structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the digital door lock with the handle of the clutch structure capable of performing the opening and closing operations of a dead bolt which is connected to the outer handle of the digital door lock with a mutual clutch structure by the rotation of the handle instead of the driving power of a motor. For this, the digital door lock with the handle of the clutch structure includes an outer body which includes the outer handle, an inner body which includes an inner handle, the dead bolt which opens and closes the corresponding door, and a control unit which selectively operates the dead bolt. A rotation shaft of the outer body and a dead bolt operation shaft to operate the dead bolt are interlocked or separated by a clutch. The dead bolt is directly operated by a rotation force according to the operation of the outer handle formed in the outer body according to the operation of the clutch based on a control signal from the control unit.
