NON POINT POLLUTANT REDUCTION EQUIPMENT USING THE FLOATING FILTER MEDIA
A filter type non-point pollutant reduction system using a floating granular filter media is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-point pollutant reduction system is a three-dimensional structure buried under the ground to reduce a non-point pollutant. The present invention comprises: a pre-treatment tank where a pre-treatment is performed to remove a waste contained in initial rainwater introduced through an introduction pipe by a natural settling system; a filtering treatment tank wherein the primary treated water passing through the pre-treatment tank is introduced and filtering a fine solid contained in the primary treated water by an upflow filtering method that the primary treated water passes through a filter layer composed of a floating granular filter media; and a treatment water tank where the treated water passing through the filtering treatment tank is temporarily stored and composed to discharge the treated water to the outside when the treated water reaches a predetermined water level. Porous plates having a smaller pore size than the particle size of a granular filter media is installed in an upper portion and the lower portion of the filter layer, and a backwash pipe for supplying a backwashing air is disposed in the lower portion of the filter layer, and a backwash nozzle injecting the backwashing air for disturbing the filter layer is installed in the backwash pipe.
