The present invention relates to a rainwater treatment and using device. The present invention removes foreign substances in rainwater collected in a roof and a bridge of a building to be used as recycled water such as the living water and the gardening water. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the rainwater treatment and using device comprises: a water collection unit; a storage unit; a recycled water supply pipe; a control unit; and a water supply pipe.
