REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING STAINLESS STEEL REINFORCEMENT MEMBER
The present invention relates to a method to repair and reinforce a concrete structure using a stainless steel reinforcement member comprising: a foundation repairing step of polishing the repaired surface of a concrete structure to be repaired for surface treatment; a wire mesh member arranging step of arranging a stainless steel wire mesh member on the repaired surface passing the foundation repairing step; an attaching step of fixing the wire mesh member on the repaired surface using bolts; a cleaning step of cleaning the wire mesh member and the repaired surface by spraying water thereto; a reinforcement layer forming step of hardening after mortar is spread on the repaired surface to form a reinforcement layer in which the wire mesh member is embedded; and a coating layer forming step of spreading a coating solution to the surface of the reinforcement layer to be coated. Support legs are lengthily formed in both sides of a connection panel in a longitudinal direction and are coupled by bolts not to be pressed or bent even through the connection panel is pressed toward the repaired surface and to maintain a predetermined gap from the repaired surface thereby easily placing the mortar and firmly fixing the hardened mortar on the repaired surface.
