COMPOSITE FLOOR BOARD USING ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE
The present invention provides a composite floor member using ethylene vinyl acetate. The composite floor member using ethylene vinyl acetate is robust against deformation due to change of an external temperature; scratches and expresses various patterns and textures by inserting a film layer into the composite floor member; and does not make harmful substances such that the composite floor member can be used as a non-toxic environmentally friendly floor member in a house. The composite floor member using EVA of the present invention comprises: an EVA resin layer located on a lowest portion; an interior film layer located on an upper portion of the EVA resin layer wherein patterns are formed on an interior film layer; an adhesive layer to bond the EVA resin layer with the interior film layer; and a coating layer applied onto an upper side of the interior film layer. The EVA resin layer is made by mixing 50-60 wt% of EVA; 35-40 wt% of stone powder of a mesh size of 50-100; 0.5-1.0 phr of a cross linking agent; 2.0-5.0 phr of a forming agent; and 10-20 phr of a filling agent.
