The present invention relates to a door lock control system and an operation method of the door lock control system wherein the door lock control system may include: a one-time password generation unit for generating a one-time password based on seed information; a light-emitting pattern generation unit for generating a light-emitting pattern corresponding to the generated one-time password; and a light-emitting control unit for controlling a light emitting means to be able to emit light corresponding to the generated light-emitting pattern.
