The present invention relates to a non-point pollution treatment system which can automatically be backwashed using residual water and removing the residual water during backwashing. A stagnant water space (V) is formed below a stagnant water surface, and the present invention comprises a pump (P) and a stagnant water discharge pipe (70) to discharge the stagnant water of the stagnant water space. A non-point pollution treatment unit comprises a pre-treatment tank (200), and a filter tank (300). A screen (210) is installed inside the pre-treatment tank, and a filter unit (310) is installed in the filter tank. A water flow to be treated inside the pre-treatment tank is a combined type where an upward flow and a downward flow coexists. As such, the present invention improves treatment capability of the pre-treatment tank and reduces a treatment load of the filter tank to extend durability of a redundant member, and increases treatment efficiency and easily utilizes the equipment type non-point pollution treatment system.
