The present invention relates to a U-head as one of temporary materials for supporting a mold until the concrete placed in a slab and a beam between floors of a building and an upper slab of a bridge during construction obtains the desired strength. The hybrid U-head with a support is provided at the uppermost of a system strut to allow a yoke material to be inserted and fixated in order to allow the yoke to be securely fixated to the U-head. The U-head comprises: a support part including a pedestal part with an open top to allow the yoke to be inserted, and a support rod to support a side of the yoke; and a screw part bonded to the bottom of the pedestal part, wherein the outer circumference of the screw part is threaded. According to the present invention, the present invention provides the support part wherein one or two rows of yokes are provided in a fixated structure without a dynamic structure, thereby improving the durability and usability.
