BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING END-VERTIVAL TENDON
The present invention relates to a bridge construction method using an end part vertical tendon passing through a PSC girder holding step and the continuous step and the slab construction step to more effectively use sectional strength of a PSC girder. The bridge construction method comprises the steps of: enabling the PSC girder of which both end parts have a vertical tension hole to be held to be supported by an end part support installed on an upper surface of a lower structure of a bridge and enabling the end part vertical tendon to be inserted into the vertical tension hole to be withdrawn upward; mounting the end part vertical tendon to the upper surface of both end parts of the PSC girder to introduce vertical tension (P1) after the end part vertical tendon is tensioned; performing continuous construction of the PSC girder with the slab construction together; cutting the end part vertical tendon using a lower space of the bottom surface of the PSC girder; tensioning the secondary PSC tendon of the PSC girder which are adjacent to a continuous point and mounting the secondary PSC tendon of the PSC girder to each end part reinforcement block bypassing each continuous point to be integrally formed to the end part of the PSC girder; and removing the end part support to enable the PSC girder having a slab to be supported by the bridge support installed in the lower structure of the bridge.
PSC 거더 거치, 연속화 및 슬래브 시공단계를 거쳐 PSC 거더의 단면강성을 보다 효과적으로 이용하여 교량을 시공할 수 있는 단부수직긴장재를 이용한 교량시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시공방법은 (a) 양 단부에 수직긴장홀이 형성된 PSC 거더를 교량하부구조의 상면에 설치된 단부받침대에 지지되도록 거치하되, 수직긴장홀에 단부수직긴장재가 삽입되어 상방으로 인출되도록 하는 단계; (b) 상기 단부수직긴장재를 인장 후 PSC 거더 양 단부 상면에 정착시켜 수직긴장력(P1)을 도입시키는 단계; (c) 상기 PSC 거더를 슬래브 시공과 함께 연속화시키는 단계; (d) 상기 단부수직긴장재를 PSC 거더 저면 하부공간을 이용하여 커팅하는 단계; (e) 연속지점부에서 서로 인접한 PSC 거더의 2차 PSC 긴장재를 각각 연속지점부를 경유하여 PSC 거더 단부에 일체로 형성시킨 단부보강블록 각각에 긴장 후 정착시키는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 단부받침대를 제거하여 슬래브가 형성된 PSC 거더를 교량하부구조에 설치된 교량받침에 지지되도록 하는 단계;를 포함한다.
