STEEL PIPE ASSEMBLY AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a steel pipe assembly and an installation method of a steel pipe structure using the same, wherein one coupling part and the other coupling part of the steel pipe assembly constituting a unit of the steel pipe structure are formed in the shape of a box with open sides to improve the structural performance and workability. According to the present invention, the steel pipe structure is made up by multiple steel pipe assemblies indented into the ground, wherein two or more steel pipes separated from each other in a lateral direction are connected to each other by a connection member comprising a steel plate having a plane or arch-shaped cross section. The steel pipe assembly comprises: a main member having an opening on a side of a pair of steel plates; the one coupling part joined to the outer side of the outermost steel pipe on one side of the main member in the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe; and the other coupling part joined to the outer side the outermost steel pipe on the other side of the main member in the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe in order to be joined to one coupling part of an adjacent steel pipe assembly.
본 발명은 강관구조체의 유니트를 구성하는 강관조립체의 일측결합부 및 타측결합부를 측면이 개방된 박스형으로 구성함으로써 구조적 성능 및 시공성 확보에 유리한 강관조립체 및 이를 이용한 강관구조체 시공방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명의 강관조립체는 지중에 복수 개가 압입되어 강관구조체를 형성하기 위한 것으로, 측방향으로 상호 이격되는 둘 이상의 강관을 단면이 평판 또는 아치형의 강판인 연결부재로 상호 연결하고 구성되고, 한 쌍의 강판 사이의 강관 측면에는 개구부가 형성되는 메인부재; 상기 메인부재의 일측 최외곽 강관의 외측에 강관의 길이 방향으로 결합되는 일측결합부; 및 상기 메인부재의 타측 최외곽 강관의 외측에 강관의 길이 방향으로 결합되어 인접하는 강관조립체의 일측결합부와 결합되는 타측결합부; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
