A FREESTANDING TEMPORARY RETAINING AND IT'S CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention is to provide a freestanding temporary retaining of earth and a construction method thereof, improving economic feasibility and a construction condition by connecting and constructing a gap between an H-pile and a support pile with a tie rod connection material. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the freestanding temporary retaining of earth comprises: an H-pile embedded in a drilling hole; a support pile embedded in a drilling hole; and a tie rod connection material fixedly installed in a gap between the H-pile and the support pile. Moreover, to achieve this, according to the present invention, a construction method of the freestanding temporary retaining of earth comprises the following steps of: (S I) forming a drilling hole; (S II) embedding the H-pile and the support pile in the drilling hole to be opposite to each other; (S III) vertically drilling the H-pile and the support pile; (S IV) horizontally drilling while measuring a light wave; (S V) inserting the support pile into a tie rod connection material to be fixedly installed while inserting the tie rod connection material into a tie rod connection material of the H-pile; and (S VI) sealing a tie rod connection material in the tie rod connection material of the H-pile to be fixated by a mounting nut.
본 발명은 지반에 엄지말뚝을 설치하고, 상기 엄지말뚝의 굴착배면에 지지말뚝을 설치하며, 상기 엄지말뚝의 띠장심도에 맞춰 지중에 근입된 엄지말뚝과 지지말뚝간을 수평굴착한 후, 상기 엄지말뚝과 지지말뚝 간을 타이로드연결재로 연결 시공하여 경제성 및 공사조건을 향상시키도록 한 자립식 가설 흙막이 및 이의 시공방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 자립식 가설 흙막이는 지반에 일정한 간격을 두고, 소정의 직경 및 깊이로 천공하여 형성된 천공홀에 근입된 엄지말뚝과; 상기 엄지말뚝으로부터 일정한 간격 이격된 상태의 천공홀에 근입된 지지말뚝과; 상기 엄지말뚝과 지지말뚝 간에 고정 설치되는 타이로드연결재로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 자립식 가설 흙막이 시공방법은 지반에 일정한 간격을 두고, 소정의 직경 및 깊이로 천공하여 천공홀을 형성하는 단계(S Ⅰ); 상기 천공홀에 엄지말뚝과, 지지말뚝을 상호 대향되게 근입시키는 단계(S Ⅱ); 상기 엄지말뚝과 지지말뚝을 수직으로 굴착하는 단계(S Ⅲ); 상기 엄지말뚝으로부터 지지말뚝 방향으로 광파측량기를 이용하여 광파 측량하면서 수평으로 굴착하는 단계(S Ⅳ); 상기 엄지말뚝 내로 타이로드연결재를 삽입하고, 상기 타이로드연결재를 엄지말뚝의 타이로드결합재에 삽입함과 동시에 지지말뚝의 타이로드결합재에 삽입하여 고정 설치하는 단계(S Ⅴ); 상기 엄지말뚝의 타이로드결합재에서 타이로드연결재를 인장하여 정착너트로 고정하는 단계(S Ⅵ)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
