The present invention relates to a blocking apparatus installed in a manhole for blocking an odor, and for smoothly performing opening and closing operation of a rotating plate for drainage due to foreign materials flowing in with rain water. According to the present invention, the bottom of a body including an outlet is formed to be flat in a floor, and a rotating plate in the form of a plate divided into two is hinged to be elastically supported by an elastic means and mounted to be automatically folded. If some degree of rain water is collected in an accommodating space, rotating plates are opened at a time by weight of accommodated rain water. As foreign materials are discharged with the accommodated rain water at the same time, opening and closing operation of the rotating plate can be smoothly performed.
본 발명은 맨홀에 설치되어 악취를 차단하는 차단장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 빗물과 함께 유입된 이물질로 인해 배수를 위한 회동판의 개폐작동을 원활하게 작동되도록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 바닥에는 배출구가 형성된 몸체의 바닥을 평평하게 형성하고 상기 배출구에 판상으로 되어 두 개로 등분된 회동판을 탄성수단으로 탄지되게 힌지결합하여 자동으로 절첩작동되도록 장착되어 수용공간에 어느 정도 빗물이 쌓이게 되면 수용된 빗물의 하중에 의해 회동판이 한번에 개방되어 수용된 빗물과 함께 이물질이 동시에 배출되어져 회동판의 개폐작동이 원활하게 작동되도록 한 것이다.
