METAL WALL PANEL FOR THE OUTER WALL OF THE BUILDING AND METAL WALL PANEL FIXING SYSTEM
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a metal panel for a building exterior comprises: a panel body including a lateral surface part having at least one combination groove, and a blade part curved inwards from the lateral surface part; at least one reinforcing member installed in the inner space part surrounded by the lateral surface part of the panel body, whose both ends facing the blade part are fixed, and arranged at a distance away from the bottom surface of the panel body; a connecting plate whose one end is combined with both lateral surfaces of the reinforcing member and the other end is combined with the lateral surface part, and for fixing both ends of the reinforcing member to the lateral surface part of the panel body; and a reinforcing member fixing clip combined to have vertically and horizontally predetermined clearance with the reinforcing member, serving as a stopper when the reinforcing member is deformed, and fixed and combined with the bottom surface. Moreover, as the reinforcing member is installed in a vertical direction in parallel with the direction of gravity in a position where the panel body is installed, deformation of a metal panel can be prevented in the event of wind load such as a typhoon or the like.
본 실시예에 따른 건축물 외장용 금속패널은 적어도 하나 이상의 결합홈을 가지는 측면부와, 상기 측면부로부터 내측으로 절곡 된 날개부를 가지는 패널 몸체; 상기 패널 몸체의 측면부로 둘러싸인 안쪽 공간부에 설치되며, 상기 날개부와 마주보는 양단이 고정되고, 상기 패널 몸체의 바닥면과는 이격 배치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 보강부재; 일단은 상기 보강부재의 양 측면과 결합되고, 타단은 상기 측면부와 결합되어, 상기 보강부재의 양단을 상기 패널 몸체의 측면부에 고정하는 연결판; 및 상기 보강부재와 상하좌우 일정 유격을 가지도록 결합되어, 상기 보강부재의 변형 시 스토퍼 역할을 수행하며, 상기 바닥면에 고정 결합되는 보강부재 고정클립;을 포함하며, 상기 보강부재는 상기 패널 몸체의 설치 위치에서 중력 방향과 평행한 세로 방향으로 설치되어, 태풍 등 풍 하중 발생 시 금속패널의 변형을 방지할 수 있다.
