DUST OUTFLOW PREVENTION APPARATUS AND DUST OUTFLOW PREVENTION METHOD IN OPEN STORAGE SPACE
본 발명은 석탄, 철광석, 석회석 등이 야적된 야적지에서 바람에 의해 먼지가 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하거나 최소화하도록 하여 비산먼지에 의한 환경오염을 방지하고, 야적지 주변의 주거환경을 개선할 수 있는 야적지의 먼지유출 방지 시스템 및 먼지유출 방지방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 야적지 둘레에 설치되어 바람에 의해 발생되는 비산먼지가 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 비산먼지 방지 메인모듈; 및 상기 비산먼지 방지 메인 모듈의 둘레에 설치되어 비산먼지를 하부로 유도하여 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 비산먼지 방지 서브모듈을 포함하는 야적지의 먼지유출 방지 시스템을 제공하며, 또한 야적지 둘레에 설치되어 바람에 의해 발생되는 비산먼지가 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하도록 판형의 방지 부재를 통해 방지하는 1차 방지 단계; 상기 1차 방지 단계의 비산먼지를 하부로 유도하는 하부 유도 단계; 및 상기 하부 유도 단계에서 하부로 유도된 먼지를 살수하고, 살수되는 물에 먼지를 포집시켜 하부로 흘러보내는 2차 방지 단계를 포함하는 야적지의 먼지유출 방지 방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a dust outflow preventing system and a dust outflow preventing method in an open storage space to prevent or minimize dust from flowing out by wind in an open storage space where coal, iron ore, limestone, etc. are stored; thereby preventing environmental pollution around the open storage space, and improving the housing environment around the open storage space. A dust outflow preventing system in an open storage space comprises: a scattering dust preventing main module installed in a circumference of an open storage space, preventing scattering dust generated by wind from flowing out; and a scattering dust preventing sub-module installed in the circumference of the scattering dust preventing main module, and inducing the scattering dust downward to prevent the scattering dust from flowing out. A dust outflow preventing method in an open storage space comprises: a primary prevention step of preventing scattering dust generated by wind from flowing out through a plate-shaped prevention member installed in the circumference of an open storage space; a downward induction step of inducing the scattering dust of the primary prevention step downward; and a secondary prevention step of watering the dust induced downward in the downward induction step, allowing the water to collect the dust and allowing the water to flow downward.
