The present invention relates to a nonflammable pad gasket (100) for a fire door capable of having a fire prevention performance in fire as being installed between a door front part (14) and a door rear part (12) forming a fire door (10) for providing insulation, condensation prevention, and fire prevention functions. Moreover, the nonflammable pad gasket (100) comprises: an inserted member (110) installed as being attached and inserted in a part with which the door front part (14) and the door rear part (12) are in contact; an exposed member (120) in the form of a container connected to one end of the inserted member (110), and including a hollow (125) installed to be exposed to the outside in contact with a door frame (20) when the fire door (10) is closed; and a locked member (130) connected to the other end of the inserted member (110), and installed to be locked with the terminal edge of the door front part (14). At least the inserted member (110) and exposed member (120) include a nonflammable material layer (102) woven in a fiber-textured method, and a heat-resistant resin layer (104) with which one surface or both surfaces of the nonflammable material layer (102) are coated. Therefore, the present invention has effects of completely blocking flame and a poisonous gas in case of fire by a nonflammable material layer, and providing thermal proofing and sound proofing effects by a nonflammable material layer.

본 발명은 단열, 결로 방지, 및 방화 기능을 제공하기 위하여 방화문(10)을 구성하는 도어 전면부(14) 및 도어 후면부(12) 사이에 삽입 설치되어 화재시 방화 성능을 발휘하는 방화문용 불연 패드 개스킷(100)으로서, 상기 도어 전면부(14) 및 상기 도어 후면부(12)가 접하는 부위에 밀착 삽입되어 설치되는 삽입 부재(110), 상기 삽입 부재(110)의 일단에 연결되고 상기 방화문(10)이 닫힐 때에 문틀(20))과 접하는 바깥 영역으로 노출되도록 설치되는 중공(125)을 갖는 통형의 노출 부재(120), 및 상기 삽입 부재(110)의 타단에 연결되고 상기 도어 전면부(14)의 말단 테두리에 걸리도록 설치되는 걸림 부재(130)를 포함하고, 적어도 상기 삽입 부재(110) 및 상기 노출 부재(120)는 섬유 직조 방식으로 직조된 불연 소재층(102), 및 상기 불연 소재층(102)의 일면 또는 양면에 코팅 형성된 내열 수지층(104)을 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서 불연 소재층에 의하여 화재 발생시 화염 및 유독 가스를 전면적으로 차단할 수 있게 되고, 내열 수지층에 의하여 단열 및 방음 효과도 동시에 제공할 수 있다.
